OPTIMIZAREA EFICIENTEI INVESTITIILOR IN TEHNOLOGII DIDACTICE MODERNE, PRIN MODELARE SIMULATIVA LA NIVEL MICROSISTEMIC

Rezumat: Lucrarea prezinta, sintetic, deosebirile dintre conceptele "eficienta" si "eficienta educationala" si face un studiu al principalilor indicatori de evaluare a eficientei invetitiilor in tehnologii educationale moderne, la nivelul unei facultati tehnice. Pentru optimizarea investitiilor educationale a fost utilizata modelarea simulativa organizationala a Facultatii de Mecanica si Tehnologie a Universitatii din Pitesti, pe o perioada de 16 ani (patru cicluri universitare). Au fost analizati atat unii indicatori sintetici, ponderea investitiilor in tehnologii de laborator, ponderea investitiilor in tehnologii electronice de procesare a informatiei (de inalta performanta), cat si indicatori analitici, valoare investitiilor in tehnologii de laborator / student, valoarea investitiilor in tehnologii de inalta performanta.

Abstract: This paper presents, synthetic, differences between the concepts of "efficiency" and "educational efficiency" and make a study of the main indicators for assessing the efficiecy of investments in modern educational technology at the level of a technical colleges. To optimize the educational investment an organizational simulation modeling was used to Faculty of Mechanics and Technology, University of Pitesti, a period of 16 years (four academic courses). Some indicators were analyzed both synthetic (the share of investments in laboratory technology, the share of investments in electronic information processing technologies (high performance)...) and analytical indicators ( value of investments in laboratory technology / student, the investment value in high technology performance).
