MERSUL DE TREN INTEGRAT LA INTERVALE REGULATE DE TIMP – SOLUTIE DE CRESTERE A MOBILITATII POPULATIEI

Rezumat: Mersul de tren cadentat se foloseste frecvent in diferite situatii si de catre un numar ridicat de administratii de cale ferata din lume. Conceptul mersului de tren cadentat a fost dezvoltat ulterior in sistem integrat de circulatie la intervale regulate (ITF), integrand diferite moduri de transport terestre. Lucrarea trateaza in introducere o scurta istorie a mersului de tren cadentat si integrat la intervale regulate de timp, urmand analiza principiilor care stau la baza acestui concept, compararea avantajelor si dezavantajelor fiecarui sistem cunoscut. Ce de-a doua parte a lucrarii, abordeaza prezentarea structurii unui mers de tren ITF. In finalul lucrarii sunt prezentate conditiile minime de implementare a unui sistem ITF pe o retea de cale ferata, impreuna cu multiplele avantaje pe care acesta le are. Principalele obiectivele vizate prin implementarea mersului de tren ITF sunt cresterea eficientei si a sigurantei transportului pe calea ferata in Romania, in conformitate cu prevederile legislatiei armonizate ale Uniunii Europene, elaborarea si punerea in practica a unei noi strategii pentru CFR referitoare la proiectarea unui nou mers al trenurilor de calatori, trasarea si implementarea cerintei noului concept al mersului de tren cadentat la intervale de timp al trenurilor de calatori in Romania (ITF - Intervale Regulate de Timp). Acest nou concept conduce la imbunatatirea calitatii serviciilor pentru transportul public de calatori si la rationalizarea folosirii de material rulant, conform planului de transport.

Abstract: Cadenced timetable for trains is often used in different situations and many railway administrations in the world. Train driving rhythmic concept was further developed in an integrated system of movement at regular intervals (ITF). It integrates various modes of inland transport. The paper deals at first a brief history of integrated rhythmic gait train at regular intervals of time, followed by determination of the principles underlying this system, comparing the advantages and disadvantages of each system known. The second part of the paper present the structure of a timetable ITF. At the end It contains the minimum conditions of work are a system of ITF on a railway network, together with the many advantages it has. The main objectives targeted by the implementation timetable ITF are to increase efficiency and safety of rail transport in Romania, according to the harmonized EU legislation, developing and implementing a new strategy for the Romanian Railways, on designing a new passenger train schedule, shaping and implementing the new requirement rhythmic concept of timetables for every passenger trains in Romania (ITF - regular intervals). This new concept leads to improved quality of public passenger transport services and the rationalization of the use of rolling stock, transport schedule.
