TRANSPORTURILE RO-LA INTRE POLITICILE DE DEZVOLTARE DURABILA SI VIABILITATEA COMERCIALA. COMPARATIE INTRE SITUATIILE DIN ROMANIA SI ALTE TARI EUROPENE

Autor/autori: Dr. ing. Nicolae Mugurel TANASUICA

Rezumat: Lucrarea analizeaza situatia transporturilor combinate insotite, organizate in mai multe tari europene, respectiv in Romania.

Abstract: The paper analyses the situations of the accompanied combined transport in different European countries, respectively in Romania. It presents the evolutions, the costs, the advantages for the environment and society, as well as the measures taken by different states in order to support the rolling highways. The main findings are that, in Romania, the road transport has important advantages in the competition with the rail or Ro-La services and that the rolling highways need subsidies of 50-55% from the total costs. However, the run of Ro-La trains between Bucharest Progresu and Glogov??, leads to a better protection of the environment and to the preservation of the energy resources. Therefore, the paper proposes and recommends solutions for stimulating the interest for accompanied combined transport in Romania
