EDUCATIA CETATENEASCA SI MEDIUL Calitatea aerului inconjurator si evacuarea / dispersia gazelor de ardere ale centralelor termice

Rezumat: Directivele Europene si Protocolul de la Kyoto impun tarilor membre UE sa reduca, pana in anul 2020, emisiile globale de gaze cu efect de sera cu cel putin 20 % sub nivelurile din 1990 iar energia din surse regenerabile sa reprezinte 20 % din totalul consumului de energie al Uniunii Europene. In Romania, reglementarile tehnice care se ocupa de evacuarea gazelor de ardere ale centralelor termice sunt destul de evazive. Nu exista un normativ pentru cosurile de fum ale centralelor termice de putere mica sau medie. Din aceasta cauza, in practica se intalnesc foarte multe cazuri in care centralele termice polueaza vecinii si nu se asigura dispersia gazelor de ardere. Aceste probleme apar atat la centralele murale, situate in apartamentele de bloc, cat si la centralele care incalzesc mai multe blocuri de apartamente. Remedierea acestor deficiente se poate face prin educarea tuturor membrilor societatii de a lupta pentru un mediu curat. Este necesara aparitia unui normativ pentru cosurile de fum ale centralelor termice de putere mica sau medie. Abstract: The European Directives and the Kyoto Protocol requires to the UE countries to reduce, till 2020, overall greenhouse gas emissions by at least 20 % below 1990 levels and the binding target for energy from renewable sources accounting for 20 % of total Union energy consumption. In Romania, the technical regulations dealing with the flue gas evacuations of the boilers are quite elusive. There is no Regulation for the small and medium power boilers chimneys. From this reason, in practice there are many cases in which the boilers pollute the neighbors and do not provide the flue gas dispersion. These problems arise both to the wall hung boilers, placed in blocks of flats, and to the boilers which heat several blocks of flats. The remedy of these deficiences it can do through the education af the all society members to fight for a clean environment. It is required the appearance of a Regulation for the small and medium power boilers chimneys.Teachers should teach the students not use solutions that may affect the environment
