MANAGEMENTUL INFRASTRUCTURII CRITICE A SISTEMELOR ELECTROENERGETICE

Rezumat: Lucrarea prezinta conceptul de infrastructura critica si criteriile de identificare a potentialelor infrastructuri critice, iar apoi sunt se particularizeaza pentru sistemul energetic, fiind analizate vulnerabilitatile/factorii de risc la adresa obiectivelor asimilate infrastructurilor critice din sectorul energetic in Romania,tipologia pericolelor si amenintarilor la adresa infrastructurilor critice, probleme actuale ale functionarii sistemelor energetice, siguranta in exploatare a instalatiilor energetice si masuri pentru prevenirea avariilor de sistem.

Abstract: The paper presents the concept of critical infrastructure and criteria for identifying potential critical infrastructure and then is focussing on the power system, being analyzed vulnerabilities / risk factors treated as critical infrastructure against objectives in the energy sector in Romania, types of hazards and threats to critical infrastructure, current issues of power systems operation, safe operation of energy facilities and measures to prevent damage to the system
