FORMAREA CONTINUA SI INGINERIA

Rezumat: Formarea inginerului este un proces continuu, care cuprinde doua elemente principale: formarea initiala si formarea continua. Formarea initiala asigura dobandirea competentelor si a certificarilor oficiale necesare desfasurarii meseriei alese. Formarea continua este o cale de imbogatire a cunostintelor teoretice si practice din domeniul in care inginerul activeaza. In domeniul aparatelor de incalzit alimentate cu combustibil solid, lichid sau gazos cu puteri nominale P ? 400 kW, personalul tehnic de specialitate – inginerul – responsabil cu verificarea tehnica in utilizare (RVT) a acestora trebuie sa urmeze, din 2 in 2 ani, un program de formare continua. Din experienta de zi cu zi reiese ca doar participarea la programul de formare nu este suficienta. Calitatea programelor analitice ale cursurilor de autorizare si de pregatire continua este esentiala. Ea trebuie imbunatatita substantial si trebuie sa fie legata intr-o mai mare masura de asigurarea securitatii aparatelor de incalzit alimentate cu combustibil solid, lichid sau gazos si a utilizatorilor acestora.

Abstract: The engineer training is a continuous process, which comprises two main element: initial training and continuous learning. Initial training provides skills and official certifications needed to carry out the choosen profession. Continuous learning is a way to enrich the theoretical and practical knowledge of the engineer working. In the heating appliances domain with solid, liquid or gaseous fuels with nominal power P ? 400 kW, the technical staff – engineer – responsible for technical verification in use (RVT) must follow a training program, from two to two years. The everyday experience shows that simply participation to the training program is not sufficient. The quality of the approval and continuous learning course syllabus is essential. It must be improved substantially and should be linked to a greater extend of the insurance of the security of the heating appliances with solid, liquid or gaseous fuels and of their users.
