STABILITATEA DINAMICA A TURBOSUFLANTELOR CU LAGARE CU ROSTOGOLIRE SI A TURBOSUFLANTELOR CU LAGARE CU ALUNECARE

Rezumat: Lucrarea de fata isi propune sa prezinte cateva aspecte privind stabilitatea dinamica a rotoarelor de turbosuflanta sustinute de lagare cu rostogolire si lagare cu alunecare. Cele doua turbosuflante suspuse testarii reprezinta singurele solutii de turbosuflante existente la ora actuala pe piata dezvoltatorilor de sisteme de supraalimentare. Influenta regimurilor tranzitorii de accelerare si decelerare, precum si masele neechilibrate fac ca stabilitatea rotorului de turbosuflanta la turatii ce depasesc 250 000 rot/min sa fie influentata in mod negativ, vibratiile generate fiind atat de puternice incat rotorul este scos din uz.

Abstract: This paperwork presents some aspects related to rotordynamic stability of turbocharger rotors sustained by rolling bearings and hydrodynamic bearings. The two types of turbochargers subjected to study represent the only solution of turbochargers existing on the market of supercharging systems manufactors now days. The influence of transinet regimes of acceleration and deceleration and also unbalanced masses cause at revolution speed that exceed 250 000 rpm bad influence, the generated vibration beeing so powerful that the rotor is permanently damaged
