STUDIUL FACTORILOR CARE INFLUENTEAZA PROCESUL DE FABRICARE A SUBANSAMBLELOR ELECTRONICE PRIN METODA CORELATIEI DE RANG

Rezumat: Prin realizarea unui studiu utilizand metoda corelatiei de rang putem ierarhiza factorii care influenteaza procesul de fabricare al unui produs. Lucrarea prezinta un studiu asupra factorilor care influenteaza productia si implicit calitatea produselor. Studiul s-a facut prin identificarea a 10 factori de influenta si conceperea unui formular de ancheta ce a fost completat de 12 angajati din cadrul linie respective. Pentru a facilita calculele s-a realizat un program de calcul, care permite introducerea cu usurinta a datelor de intrare si reprezentarea automata a histogramei. In urma prelucrarii datelor prin metoda corelatiei de rang s-a aratat ca factorii semnificativi sunt legati de nerespectarea instructiunilor de lucru (SIC)

Abstract: Through making a study using the rank correlation method we can rank the influence factors of the fabrication process of a product. The paper presents a study relative to the influence factors on production and implicitly on product quality. The study was made through identifying 10 influence factors and conceiving of an inquiry form which was completed by 12 employees from the respective production line. For easing the calculus there was made a program which allows easy data input and automatic representation of histograms. After data processing through rank correlation method it was determined that the most important factors are connected with not respecting the work instructions (SIC).
