INVESTIGATII PRIVIND FLUXUL DE AER IN INTERIORUL SPATIILOR SPECIAL AMENAJATE PENTRU CRESTEREA INTENSIVA A CIUPERCILOR AGARICUS BISPORUS – CHAMPIGNON

Rezumat: Aceasta lucrare prezinta un studiu asupra fluxurilor de aer din unitatile de crestere ciuperci. O investigatie experimentala anterioara asupra naturii fluxurilor de aer in tunelurile de tip irlandez [2]a demonstrat importanta controlului microclimatului asupra productivitatii sistemelor de crestere intensive a ciupercilor. Elaborarea unor solutii de flux de aer pentru o gama larga de sisteme noi de crestere a ciupercilor ar fi dificil de realizat folosind metode empirice si, prin urmare, pentru a completa si a ajuta activitatea experimentala, a fost utilizata o abordare prin modelare matematica

Abstract: This paper is an examination of the airflows in mushroom growing rooms. A previous experimental investigation on the nature of the air flow in Irish tunnels, demonstrated the importance of environmental control systems to the productivity of intensive growth of mushrooms. The development of solutions for the air flow, for a wide range of growing rooms of new systems would be difficult to achieve using empirical methods and thus, to help the experimental work, has been used a mathematical modeling approach
