Rezumat: Centrala termică de perete, cunoscută și sub denumirea de centrală termică murală sau cazan mural, este un cazan montat pe un perete sau într-o nișă puţin adâncă din perete, destinat producerii de agent termic necesar încălzirii și a apei calde de consum pentru o locuinţă individuală. Aceste centrale termice au o larga utilizare si sunt uneori motivul unor incidente sau accidente. Scopul expertizei tehnice prezentate este de a exprima opinia expertului tehnic referitoare la probabilitatea ca incendiul analizat sa fie provocat de o disfunctionalitate a centralei termice
