FILIERA FOTOVOLTAICĂ (FV) ŞI COSTUL kWh LIVRAT, SUPORT PENTRU DEZVOLTAREA ORAŞULUI INTELIGENT. TENDINŢE

Autor/autori: Prof. dr. ing.

Abstract: Increased contribution of photovoltaics (PV) in the power balance of states is explained by the progress that has occurred in the promotion of new semiconductor materials, increased efficiency and promotion of new technologies for greater productivity, increased production capacity and the appearance on the market of new competitors. It is expected a greater contribution of voltaics in the energy mix of the countries, the more that studies currently performed by institutions of higher scientific competence in Germany forecast that spectacular growth of their share should significantly help to fit the requirements of "smart grid", energy independence of the buildings in the smart city, energy storage and electric transport. The paper aims to present significant elements of an installed solar kWh cost, its scenario within the timeframe of 2050, expected trends and how in the end Germany considers that the cost of a kWh delivered by a solar power facility will decrease. This will hapen as a result of increasing efficiency of the cell by developing new technologies based on better use of the solar spectrum by multi-junction cells and decreaseing the price of a Wv below 50 USD cents, analyzing the promoted solutions that may contribute to lower component costs and activities which contribute to achieving a solar system from the situation today (1 kWv solar installed in Germany in 2014 valued approx. 1000 EUR / kWVv) to reach in 2050 a cost that will fall in the range up to 610 EUR / kWv - minimum 280 EUR / kWv. German experience in this field, assessments of the ISE Fraunhofer and Agora [1, 2] after historical curves of the evolution of parameters and retrieved in the paper have a high degree of trust and justify an attempt to adapt the model to the situation in Romania [9-10].
