ABORDARE SISTEMICĂ A DISPOZITIVELOR MEDICALE

Rezumat: Dispozitivul medical este un produs medical complex cu principalul scop de a asigura şi menţine sănătatea omului. Prin destinaţiile şi funcţiile avute, dispozitivul medical stabileşte multiple legături şi interconexiuni cu instituţiile din domeniul medical. În acest context, orice analiză a dispozitivului medical necesită o abordare sistemică. În lucrare, sunt prezentate trei principale criterii ce pot fi folosite în analiza sistemică, în funcţie de obiectivul urmărit. Ele sunt: ciclul de viaţă; domenile de folosire a dispozitivului medical;, calitatea dispozitivelor medicale în exploatare.

Abstract: The medical device is a a complex medical product with the main goal to protect and preserve the human health. By it's destinations and features , the medical device establishes multiple connections and interconnections with healthcare institutions. In this context, any analysis of the medical device requires a systemic approach. In this paper, there are presented three main criteria that may be used in the systemic analysis, according to the objective pursued. These are: life cycle; the areas of use of the medical device, the quality of the medical devices in operation.
