Rezumat: Lucrarea își propune să prezinte succint conținutul lucrărilor primului Congres Internațional de Confort desfășurat în perioada 7-8 iunie 2017 la Salerno,Italia. Tematica conferinței s-a referit atât la aspecte teoretice într-o largă diversitate a subiectelor legate de confort cât și la prezentarea unor rezultate practice experimentale din acest domeniu. Congresul s-a dorit a se constitui într-un forum de dezbatere și comunicare în domeniul confortului produselor având în vedere amplificarea colaborării în domeniul cercetării teoretice și aplicative.

Abstract: The paper aims to briefly present the contents of the First International Comfort Congress - ICC held on 7-8 June 2017 in Salerno, Italy. The themes of the conference referred to both the theoretical aspects in a wide diversity of comfort topics and to the presentation of practical experimental results in this field. The congress was held as a forum for debate and communication on product comfort and it was intended to enhance collaboration in the field of theoretical and applied research.
