DOUĂ PERSONALITĂŢI MARCANTE ALE CULTURII, POLITICII ŞI ŞTIINŢEI, ÎN PERIOADA ANILOR 1918-2018: ION C. INCULEȚ ȘI ION I. INCULEȚ

Rezumat: In istoria Romaniei anilor 1918-2018, familia Inculeţ a avut o reprezentare deosebită prin Ion C Inculeţ (tatăl) şi Ion I Inculet (fiul), primul -matematician, filosof şi inteligent om politic -cu rol important în unirea Basarabiei cu România- cel de al doilea recunoscut în întreaga lume prin cercetările sale în domeniul electrostaticii, formator de şcoală şi unul din cei mai reprezentativi cercetători ai acestui domeniu. Sunt prezentate contribuţiile lor aduse în făurirea României moderne atât în plan politic (tatăl) cât şi la afirmarea României ca un recunoscut contributor la îmbogăţirea tezaurului de cunoştinţe ale lumii (fiul). Legaţi profund de pământul românesc, atât prin atitudinea lor în faţa unor provocări dureroase a istoriei cât şi prin rezultatele acţiunilor pe care le-au întreprins, ei rămân două figuri luminoase în istoria României moderne.

Abstract: In the history of Romania in the years 1918-2018, the Inculeţ family had a special representation through Ion C Inculet (father) and Ion I Inculet (the son), the first - a mathematician, a philosopher and intelligent political man - important for the union of Bessarabia with Romania - the second recognized worldwide by its electrostatic research, school educator and one of the most prominent researchers in this field. They present contributions to the creation of modern Romania both at the political level (the father) and the affirmation of Romania as a recognized contributor to the enrichment of the knowledge treasury of the world (the son). Deeply linked to the Romanian soil, both by their attitude to the painful challenges of history and by the results of the actions, they remain two bright figures in the history of modern Romania.
