Rezumat: Lucrarea de față urmărește prezentarea evoluției societății comerciale COMPA S.A. pe pe parcursul celor 130 de ani de dezvoltare. Pe parcursul acestei perioade, COMPA a trecut prin diferite stadii de evoluție și dezvoltare. De multe ori societatea comercială și-a schimbat chiar profilul. În toate etapele sale de dezvoltare, COMPA a fost și a rămas o marcă de prestigiu a industriei constructoare de mașini, remarcându-se prin calitatea și diversitatea produselor sale. Astăzi, S.C. COMPA S.A. se află pe un trend ascendent al dezvoltării sale, fiind un important partener pentru multe companii cunoscute din industria automobilelor și din industrii conexe.

Abstract: This paper aims to present the evolution of COMPA S.A. over the 130 years of development. During this period, COMPA has experienced various stages of evolution and development. Often, the company has changed its profile. At all stages of its development, COMPA has been and remains a prestigious trademark of the automotive industry, distinguished by the quality and diversity of its products. Today, S.C. COMPA S.A. is on an ascending trend of its development, being an important partner for many well-known companies in the automotive industry and related industries.
