Rezumat: Scopul fundamental al procesului de organizare constă în realizarea unei eficienţe economice sporite. Producţia Lean reprezintă o filozofie de fabricaţie bazată pe timp. Reducerea timpului de producţie implică introducerea mai rapidă a noilor produse pe piaţă și recuperarea fluxului de numerar în timp mai redus, adică un timp mai redus între cheltuirea și primirea banilor. Lucrarea prezintă modul de organizare a producției, la o firmă din industria automotive, bazată pe intrumente de reducere a costurilor.

Abstract: The fundamental purpose of the organization process is to achieve greater economic efficiency. Lean production is a time-based manufacturing philosophy. Reducing production time involves introducing new products faster on the market and lower cash flow recovery, which means less time between spending and receiving money. The paper presents how to organize production at an automotive company based on cost-cutting tools.
