Energia valurilor

Rezumat: Epuizarea rapida a rezervelor de combustibili minerali, folosirea lor fiind insotita de poluarea mediului inconjurator, resursele limitate de uraniu si incertitudinea atat a duratei, cat si a consecintelor ecologice la folosirea industriala a energiei termonucleare, impune cautarea de noi posibilitati rentabile pentru utilizarea surselor energetice alternative, nelimitate si nepoluante. Apele Oceanului Planetar detin un imens potential energetic care poate fi valorificat pentru producerea de energie. Principalele surse de energie luate in considerare, cel putin la nivelul tehnicii actuale, se refera la: maree, curentii marini, valuri, diferente de temperatura ale structurilor de apa marina. Energia valurilor este fara limita, fiind un izvor nesecat, cum nesecat este si oceanul. Valurile oceanelor poarta cantitati masive de energie, dar aceasta energie este greu de exploatat eficient si ieftin. Se prezinta diferite instalatii destinate valorificarii in scop energetic a fortei mecanice a valurilor: instalatie cu plan inclinat si bazin; instalatie cu ponton greu si piston lichid; instalatie cu plutitor si valva clapet pe coloana; instalatie cu piston actionat de valuri etc.

Abstract: Rapid depletion of reserves of fossil fuels, their use is accompanied by environmental pollution, limited resources of uranium and uncertainty in both the duration and the environmental consequences of energy from thermonuclear industrial use requires looking for new profitable opportunities for using alternative energy sources, limitless and clean. Ocean waters have a huge energy potential that can be exploited for energy production. The main energy sources considered, at least at the current technique, refer to: tides, sea currents, waves, and temperature differences of seawater structures. Wave power is without limit, as a wellspring, is inexhaustible as the ocean. Ocean waves carry massive amounts of energy but this energy is difficult to exploit efficiently and inexpensively. It has various facilities for recovery of mechanical strength in the energy wave: air hoists and swimming pool, air pontoon and piston heavy liquid, with floating plant and flap valve on the column, reciprocating air driven waves etc.
