Utilizarea tehnologiilor avansate actuale pentru realizarea unui instrument informatic integrat privind studiul comportamentului la uzura si al durabilitatii lubrifiantilor

Rezumat: Lucrarea isi propune prezentarea instrumentului informatic integrat pentru modelarea si simularea comportarii la uzura si a durabilitatii lubrifiantilor, realizat in cadrul unui proiect CEEX, de catre parteneriatul compus din mai multe unitati de cercetare stiintifica, institute, universitati si centre de excelenta din universitati. Ideea de baza a cercetarilor tine seama de contextul conditiilor de fabricatie actuala, considerindu-se important sa se dezvolte o metoda de diagnosticare rapida a lubrifiantilor lichizi (utilizati la automobile, aparate de zbor, nave maritime, locomotive, precum si la diferite instalatii). Necesitatea actuala de proiectare rapida si adaptabila in industrie impune utilizarea unor tehnologii avansate, respectiv a unor instrumente de modelare, simulare si produse integrate. Pornind de la practica curenta a schimbului de ulei la masini, s-a emis ideea de a se impune ca acesta sa fie facut atunci cind uleiul este complet uzat si nu dupa recomandarile teoretice ale producatorului. Realizarea instrumentului de modelare si simulare a gradului de uzura si a durabilitatii acestuia a presupus dezvoltarea unei aparaturi de diagnosticare rapida a lubrifiantilor lichizi, cu investitii minime, cu grad de precizie ridicat si usor de folosit. Astfel, procedeul propus aduce citeva avantaje semnificative: cantitatea mica de lubrifiant necesara pentru o determinare, timpul scurt al masuratorii propriu-zise, posibilitatea de adaptare a metodei in functie de conditiile concrete.

Abstract: This paper aims to present integrated informatics device for lubricants wear behavior and sustainability modeling and simulation, which is developed under a CEEX project by the partnership which consists of several research units, institutes, universities and universities’ excellence centers. The researches basic idea takes into account the current context of manufacturing conditions, considering the importance to develop a rapid diagnostic method for liquid lubricants (used in automobiles, aircraft, ships, locomotives and other facilities). Industry current need for rapid and adaptive design requires the use of advanced technologies, of modeling, simulation and integrated products. Starting from the cars exchanging oil practice, it has been issued the idea that this one should be done when the oil is completely worn out and not following the manufacturer's theoretical recommendations. The achievement of the modeling and simulation device for the wear degree and sustainability determination involved the development of a fast diagnostic apparatus for liquid lubricants, with minimal investment, a high degree of accuracy and ease to use. Thus, the proposed process has several significant advantages: the small amount of lubricant required for a determination, the measurement short time, the possibility of method adapting according to practical conditions.
