Tricoturi 3D cu aplicatii tehnice

Rezumat: Tricoturile tridimensionale cu aplicatii tehnice reprezinta solutiile principale utilizate la obtinerea preformelor tricotate cu forme complexe. Materialele compozite tricotate ofera o gama diversa de utilizari in toate domeniile tehnice (domeniul constructiilor, industria producatoare de masini, geotextile, echipamente de protectie, echipamente sportive, medicina etc.). În cadrul fiecarui domeniu, cerintele avute in vedere sunt diferite, dictind astfel tipul de materie prima utilizata in vederea producerii materialelor compozite. Rolul acestora este dictat de functia pe care trebuie sa o indeplineasca materialul. Lucrarea prezinta modalitati de obtinere a preformelor tricotate ce au la baza structuri tip sandwich. Diversificarea acestora se face prin structura, numarul de straturi de legatura, pozitia straturilor exterioare si posibilitatile de conturare. Preformele tip sandwich sunt studiate tinind cont de posibilitatile tehnologice ale masinilor rectilinii de tricotat controlate prin microprocesor.

Abstract: Dimensional knits with technical applications are the main solutions used in the production of knitted preforms with complex shapes. Knitted composite materials offer a wide range of uses in all technical areas (construction, machinery manufacturing industry, geotextiles, protective equipment, sports equipment, medicine, etc.). Within each area, different requirements are considered, such dictating the type of raw material used to produce composite materials. Their role is dictated by the function that the material must fulfill. The paper explains how to obtain knitted preforms that are based on sandwich structures. Diversification is by nature about the number of layers, position and opportunities to shape the outer layers. Sandwich preforms are studied taking into account the technological possibilities of rectilinear knitting machines controlled by a microprocessor.
