GAMA DE MASINI SI ECHIPAMENTE PENTRU PRELUCRAREA PRIN DEFORMARE PLASTICA A PROFILELOR REALIZATA IN PARTENERIAT DE CATRE UN IMM SI O UNITATE DE CERCETARE DE TIP INCD

Rezumat: In articol se prezinta unele rezultate ale activitatii de cercetare-dezvoltare desfasurate de catre un parteneriat format dintr-un IMM, SC PRESTCOM SA si o unitate de cercetare, Institutul de Cercetari pentru Hidraulica si Pneumatica – INOE 2000-IHP din Bucuresti in scopul dezvoltarii unei game de masini si echipamente complementare acestora, cu care se pot efectua operatii de deformare a profilelor metalice de tipul indoire, roluire, torsionare etc., pentru diverse profile si marimi geometrice ale acestora. Acest parteneriat s-a desfasurat in cadrul programelor de cercetare nationale, si anume POSCCE, axa prioritara 2 avand drept scop obtinerea de produse sau tehnologii noi la un nivel tehnic comparativ cu cel din afara care sa ii permita IMM-ului sa se dezvolte si sa isi mareasca cifra de afaceri. Astfel, au fost proiectate si realizate fizic o gama de 4 masini de marimi diferite si un numar de 3 module tehnologice de indoire, care permit indoirea profilelor echivalente barelor cu diametre intre Ø 10 ... Ø 60, iar actionarile acestor masini sunt fie electromecanice, fie electrohidraulice, in functie de marimea semifabricatelor deformate. Aceste masini sunt destinate in special firmelor din domeniul constructiilor civile si industriale, permitand atat prelucrarea de materiale mai moi, (cupru, aluminiu, otel moale etc.) cat si a celor din otel de constructii, pentru obtinerea diverselor forme. Astfel de proiecte raspund cel mai bine preocuparilor IMM-urilor, de dezvoltare tehnologica, iar prin rezultatele obtinute, conduc la cresterea competitivitatii pe piata a acestora, pentru a face fata concurentei.

Abstract: The paper presents some results of research and development project conducted by a partnership consisting of an SME, SC PRESTCOM SA and National Research Unit, Hydraulics and Pneumatics Research Institute, INOE 2000-IHP Bucharest in order to develop a range of machines and their complementary technological equipment with which it can perform operations such as deformation of metal profiles bending, rolling, twisting, and so on, for various geometric shapes and their sizes. This partnership was part of the national research programs namely POSCCE, Priority Axis 2 aimed at obtaining new products and technologies on a technical level than the outer enabling SME to develop and to increase the turnover. Such was designed and made a range of physical sizes and 4 machines of 3 module-bending that allow bending bars with diameters of equivalent profiles in range of Ø 10 ... Ø 60, and operating of these machines are either electro-mechanical or electro-hydraulic, depending on the size of the deformed blanks. These machines are designed primarily for companies in the field of civil engineering, allowing both the processing of softer materials (copper, aluminum, mild steel etc.) and construction of the steel to obtain various forms. Such projects best meets the concerns of SMEs, of technological development, and the results obtained, leading to increase their market competitiveness in order to face the competition
