TEHNICA MODELĂRII PARAMETRICE 3D ÎN SOLIDWORKS A UNUI ECHIPAMENT TEHNIC DE AFÂNARE ÎN PROFUNZIME A SOLULUI

Rezumat: Tema abordată reprezintă o metodă eficientă de proiectare, modelare parametrică 3D şi asamblare în SolidWorks a unui echipament tehnic cu organe active antrenate pentru lucrarea de afânare în profunzime a solului. Această lucrare prezintă o soluţie de design a componentelor metalice ale unui echipament tehnic agricol prin utilizarea modulelor Weldments, Sheet Metal. Componentele asamblate ale echipamentului tehnic agricol sunt profile standardizate, părţi simple şi părţi metalice, iar SolidWorks este cel mai potrivit mediu grafic pentru modelare parametrică 3D. Această metodă de proiectare prin modelare parametrică 3D cu ajutorul aplicaţiei SolidWorks permite o verificare rapidă a ansamblului, prin vizualizarea lui. SolidWorks permite realizarea precisă a proiectului 3D, atât a pieselor individuale, cât şi a ansamblurilor, precum şi generarea asociativă, pe baza modelelor 3D, a desenelor 2D de execuţie şi de ansamblu

Abstract: The topic addressed is an effective method of design, 3D parametric modeling and SolidWorks assembly of technical equipment endowed with driven working parts for deep loosening the soil. This paper presents a design solution for the metal components of agricultural technical equipment, using Weldments and Sheet Metal modules. The assembled components of the agricultural technical equipment are standardized profiles, simple parts and metal parts, and SolidWorks is the best graphical interface for 3D parametric modeling. This design method through 3D parametric modeling using SolidWorks application, allows a quick check of the assembly by viewing it. SolidWorks enables precise 3D design of individual parts and assemblies, and associative generation, based on 3D models, of the 2D drawings and assemblies
