ANALIZA TENSIUNILOR TERMICE ÎNTR-O PIESĂ CILINDRICĂ TURNATĂ DIN ALIAJ PE BAZĂ DE ALUMINIU

Rezumat: Lucrarea prezintă o analiză a valorilor de formare, evoluţie şi distribuţie a tensiunilor termice, într-o piesă cilindrică, turnată din aliaj de aluminiu (EN AC-Al Si7Mg0,3). Pentru această analiză a fost efectuată modelarea solidificării piesei cilindrice, turnată în trei tipuri de forme: amestec de formare, fontă cenuşie și grafit, făcând o evaluare comparativă a parametrilor de răcire și a valorilor tensiunilor termice pentru cele trei cazuri

Abstract: This paper presents computational analysis of the formation, evolution, distribution and thermal stress values in a cylindrical aluminum alloy (EN AC-Al Si7Mg0,3) casting. For this analysis was done solidification modeling of cylindrical casting, molded in three types of molds: green sand, cast iron and graphite, making a comparative assessment of parameters of cooling and thermal stress values for the three cases
