CONSIDERATII PRIVIND COMPORTAREA ÎN EXPLOATARE ŞI POSTUTILIZAREA CONSTRUCŢIILOR

Rezumat: Viaţa unei clădiri, în timp, depinde,aparent, de calitatea proiectelor, de calitatea execuţiei şi de calitateamaterialelor utilizate la execuţie. Există şi alţi factori importanţi care influenţează viaţa clădirii, cum sunt: modul în care este utilizată şi modul în care se comportă în exploatare. Deşi conceptele de urmărire în timp şi postutilizare sunt reglementate de legislaţia în vigoare, beneficiarii (utilizatorii) nu cunosc aceste reglementări şi nu le aplică.

Abstract: The life of a building, while depends, apparently, project quality, the workmanship and quality of materials used in construction. There are other important factors that influence the life of the building, such as how it is used and how it behaves in operation. Although the concepts of follow-up and post-use shall be governed by law, beneficiaries (users) do not know and do not apply these rules.
