INSTRUMENTE DE INGINERIE FOLOSITE LA SUSȚINEREA CALITĂȚII PRODUSULUI

Rezumat: Studiul prezentat în articol are ca principal obiectiv îmbunătățirea calității dintr-o întreprindere care produce pavele pentru construcții. Un model bine comercializat, ales din gama largă de pavele produsă de firma a fost supus analizei, testelor. Proiectarea experimentului s-a făcut cu planuri factoriale fracționare. Prelucrarea datelor și analiza tuturor variabilelor de ieșire din sistem, au condus rezultatul studiului spre atingerea obiectivelor inițiale și anume identificarea nivelurilor de factori ce pot îmbunătăți calitatea produselor și a procesului de fabricație, prin evitarea unor investiții noi din partea companiei.

Abstract: The study presented in this paper has as main objective the quality improvement of an enterprise that produces pavers for the construction industry. A well-marketed model, chosen from the wide range of pavers produced by the company, was submissive to analysis. The design of the experiment was done with fractional factorial plans. Data processing and analysis of all output variables, led the result of the study to achieve the initial objectives, namely identifying levels of factors that can improve product quality and manufacturing process, by avoiding new investments by the company.
