SISTEM SOFTWARE MODULAR PRIVIND MANAGEMENTUL DISPOZITIVELOR MEDICALE ÎN CADRUL UNITĂȚILOR MEDICALE

Rezumat: În contextul tranziției de la MDD (Medical Devices Directive) la MDR (Medical Device Regulation), autorii își propun să investigheze gradul de implementare al sistemelor software de management privind dispozitivele medicale (DM) precum și de a identifica prinicipalele nevoi ale unităților medicale aflate pe teritoriul României. Prima parte a lucrării introduce contextul de cercetare, respectiv impactul noilor reglementări din domeniul DM asupra mediului economic. În partea a doua a lucrării se prezintă rezultatele cercetării calitative realizate pe un eșantion, n=280, de unități medicale. Partea a treia prezintă soluția tehnică propusă, respectiv diagrama bloc a unui soft modular de management al DM și concluziile finale ale acestei cercetări.

Abstract: In the context of the transition from MDD (Medical Devices Directive) to MDR (Medical Device Regulation), the authors aim to investigate the degree of implementation of management software systems of medical devices (MD), as well as to identify the main needs of medical units, located on the Romania territory. The first part of the paper introduces the research context, respectively the impact of the new regulations in the field of MD on the economic environment. The second part of the paper presents the results of qualitative research conducted on a sample, n = 280, of medical units. The third part presents the proposed technical solution, respectively the block diagram of a modular DM management software and the final conclusions of this research.
