STUDIUL IMPACTULUI REGLEMENTĂRILOR DISPOZITIVELOR MEDICALE ASUPRA MEDIULUI ECONOMIC

Rezumat: Această lucrare reprezintă un studiu privind impactul noilor reglementări din domeniul dispozitivele medicale, impuse la nivelul statelor membre ale Uniunii Europene. În prima parte a lucrării se prezintă o serie de noțiuni generale esențiale înțelegerii contextului de cercetare. A doua parte a lucrării surprinde procesul tranzitoriu, de la MDD (Medical Devices Directives) la MDR (Medical Device Regulations). În a treia parte sunt prezentate succint prinicipalele schimbări majore, care vor trebui adoptate de către toți operatorii economici implicați în acest proces. Studiul se încheie cu o serie de aspecte și concluzii privind riscurile și importanța efectuării mentenanței dispozitivelor medicale.

Abstract: This paper is a study on the impact of new regulations in the field of medical devices, imposed at the level of Member States of the European Union. The first part of the paper presents a series of general notions essential to understanding the research context. The second part of the paper captures the transitional process, from MDD (Medical Devices Directives) to MDR (Medical Device Regulations). The third part briefly presents the main major changes, which will have to be adopted by all economic operators involved in this process. The study concludes with a number of issues and conclusions regarding the risks and importance of performing medical device maintenance.
