STUDIUL PROPRIETĂȚILOR MECANICE ALE CIMENTULUI ACRILIC CEMFIX

Rezumat: Lucrar ea prezintă studiul proprietăților mecanice ale cimentului acrilic. După o scurtă introducere în acest domeniu, se prezintă clasificarea cimenturilor, se pune accent pe cimentul acrilic osos (PMMA), se prezintă proiectarea și realizarea epruvetelor din ciment acrilic CEMFIX 1, se realizează încercarea la tracțiune a epruvetelor din cemfix 1 pe m așina de încerc ări la tracțiune LLOYD L5100 Din rezultate s e poate observa că rezistența la tracțiune și modulul de ela sticitate ale cimentului sunt mici în comparație cu cele ale osului cortical uman sau cu cele ale aliajelor pe bază de Co Cr, Co Cr Mo sau ale oțelurilor inoxidabile

Abstract: The paper presents the study of the mechanical properties of acrylic cement. After a brief introduction to this field, the classification of cements is presented, emphasis is placed on bone acrylic cement (PMMA), the design and production of CEMFIX 1 acrylic cement specimen s is presented, the tensile test of cemfix 1 specimens on the testing machine is performed to LLOYD L5100 traction. It can be seen from the results that the tensile strength and modulus of elasticity of the cement are small compared to those of human corti cal bone or those of Co Cr, Co Cr Mo alloys or stainless steels.
