Rezumat
Impactul construcţiilor hidrotehnice de protecţie asupra peisajului natural se resimte atât în zonele de implementare, cât și în zonele adiacente acestora. Rezultatul execuţiei acestor lucrări în termeni de estetică a peisajului costier este o depreciere a peisajului natural, chiar dacă în cadrul master-planurilor de protecţie costieră s-a afirmat succint considerarea aspectelor de peisagism în dezvoltarea acestora. Pentru diminuarea impactului antropic se recomandă dezvoltarea soluţiilor de protecţie prietenoase faţă de mediu și dezvoltarea unor cercetări complexe care să includă, pe lângă aspectele funcţionale și structurale inginerești, și aspectele estetice de promovare a peisajului natural, atât de specific în zona românească a Mării Negre

Abstract
The impact of the hard coastal protection structures is felt not only in the implementation area but also in the neighboring areas. In terms of esthetics the final result of the coastal protection solutions depreciate the natural beauty of the landscape, even if in the mater plans for the coastal protection development the aspect of the landscape was considered. To decrease the anthropic impact it is recommended to develop friendly environmental protection solutions and develop a complex research which will include beside the functionality aspects and structural engineering the esthetic aspects that promote the natural landscape, specific to the Romanian Black Sea coast
