Rezumat
Deraierile vehiculelor de cale ferată sunt cele mai des întâlnite tipuri de evenimente care apar pe calea ferată şi pot conduce la accidente cu consecinţe deosebit de grave. Cel mai des deraierile se produc datorită căţărării buzei roţii atacante pe flancul interior al şinei. Deraierile cauzate de căţărarea roţii pe flancul şinei apar în situaţii în care se exercită o forţă laterală mare Y, sau când sarcina verticala Q scade pe flancul roţii iar raportul limită Nadal Y/Q este depăsit peste o anumită perioadă de timp

Abstract
The derailments of the railway vehicles are the most common types of events occurring on the rail and can lead to accidents with serious consequences. Most often derailments occur due climbing up of the driving wheel onto the top of the railhead. Wheel flange climb derailments occur in situations where the wheel experience a high lateral force Y, or when vertical force Q is reduced on the flanging wheel and Nadal’s Y/Q ratio limit is exceeded for a certain time duration limit
