Rezumat
Companiile competitive înțeleg că satisfacerea nevoilor clienților și desfășurarea unui proces de producţie de succes necesită procese care sunt sub control și performante. Înainte ca producția de serie a unui anumit tip de produs să se desfăşoare, procesul de fabricație trebuie mai întâi omologat pentru a răspunde mai bine cerințelor clienților și acest lucru necesită un studiu de control statistic al procesului prin intermediul fişelor de control şi analiza de capabilitate. Studiul de caz prezentat în lucrare analizează o astfel de problemă efectuată într-o mică companie românească. Scopul acestei lucrări a fost de a vedea că procesul de fabricație analizat este stabil și capabil să producă în cadrul specificațiilor.

Abstract
Competitive companies understand that satisfying the needs of customers and running a successful operation requires processes that are under control and performant. Before the serial production of a certain product type be run, the manufacturing process must first be omologated in order to better meet customer requirements and this calls for a statistical process control study through the control charts and capability analysis. The case study presented in the paper analyzes such an issue performed in a small romanian company. The aim of this paper was to see that analized manufacturing process is stable and capable to produce within specifications.
