Rezumat
Litoralul românesc al Mării Negre este influențat de o variabilitate ridicată a regimului circulației atmosferice, vânturile înregistrate având un grad ridicat de instabilitate, atât din punct de vedere al direcției, cât și din punct de vedere al vitezei, fiind influențate în mod direct de acvatoriul marin. Câmpul valurilor generate de vânt, în special în zona de țărm, depinde puternic de particularitățile locale (direcție, duratî și intensitatea vânturilor). În aceste condiții, analiza valorilor vântului corelată cu parametrii specifici valurilor, pe perioade cât mai mari de timp, pot oferi o imagine de ansamblu asupra regimului hidrologic marin.

Abstract
The Romanian Black Sea coast is influenced by a high variability of the atmospheric circulation regime, the registered winds having a high degree of instability, both in terms of direction and in terms of speed, being directly influenced by the marine aquarium. The field of wind waves, especially in the shore area, strongly depends on local features (direction, duration and intensity of winds). Under these conditions, the analysis of wind values correlated with the specific parameters of the waves, for as long periods of time as possible, can provide an overview of the marine hydrological regime.
