PROIECTAREA UNUI DISPOZITIV PENTRU MĂSURAREA TEMPERATURII DIN CAMERA DE SINTERIZARE A IMPRIMANTEI 3D DE CO-CR

Rezumat

Această lucrare prezintă proiectarea și realizarea unui sistem mecatronic, cu ajutorul căruia se poate monitoriza temperatura din interiorul camerei de sinterizare a imprimantei 3D MySint100 și a mediului ambiental. Această imprimantă 3D cu pulbere metalică realizează proteze metalice stomatologice (punți metalice stomatologice, implanturi dentare), și lucrează în anumite condiții, de temperatură și umiditate, ce trebuie monitorizate în permanență. Dispozitivul de măsurare a temperaturii este realizat cu ajutorul unei platforme de dezvoltare Arduino UNO R3, a unui senzor de temperatură LM35 , un modul bluetooht HC-06 și a unor componente anexe (LED-uri, fire de conexiune etc.).

Abstract

This paper presents the design and realization of a mechatronic system, with the help of which the temperature inside the sintering chamber of the MySint100 3D printer and the environment can be monitorized. This 3D printer with metal powder makes dental metal prostheses (dental metal bridges, dental implants), and works in certain conditions, temperature and humidity, which must be constantly monitorized. The temperature measuring device is made with the help of an Arduino UNO R3 development platform, an LM35 temperature sensor, an HC-06 Bluetooth module and some attached components (LEDs, connecting wires, etc.).
