Rezumat
Lucrarea are ca scop studiul biomecanic al reabilitării articulației cotului. Este structurat pe prezentarea aspectelor legate de anatomie, fiziologie și mișcările articulare ale cotului. Cunoscând acestea, un studiu suplimentar este orientat pentru a determina sarcinile optime care pot fi utilizate în procesul de reabilitare a articulației cotului. Reabilitarea, precum și antrenamentul zilnic ar trebui să ia în considerare acest tip de studii biomecanice, deoarece în zilele noastre o mulțime de oameni folosesc echipamente de fitness fără a lua în considerare specificațiile producătorului sau antrenorului. Acest tip de aplicație biomecanică ar trebui să fie open source, astfel încât să poată fi utilizat în mod liber.

Abstract
The paper is aimed at biomechanical study of elbow joint rehabilitation. It is structured on presenting aspects related to anatomy, physiology and joint movements of the elbow. Knowing these, a further study is oriented to determine the optimum loads that can be used in the rehabilitation process of the elbow joint. Rehabilitation as well as daily training should consider this type of biomechanical studies as nowadays a lot of people use fitness equipment without considering the specification of the producer or the trainer. This type of biomechanical application should be open source so that it might be used freely.
