Rezumat

În societatea informaţională, e-serviciile privind informarea juridică destinate cetăţenilor sunt oferite prin platforme disponibile online, care permit accesul rapid, pe bază de autentificare, la o colecţie impresionantă de legislaţie, jurisprudenţă și doctrină juridică. Acestea se pot accesa de la birou sau din sala de judecată, pe smartphone, tabletă sau laptop și identifică rapid, în orice moment sau loc, informaţia de care este nevoie. Codul QR este folosit pe scară largă în managementul informaţiei. Nu există aplicaţii în diseminarea informaţiei juridice cetăţenilor fără educaţie. Articolul prezintă un model de gestiune a informaţiei juridice și de diseminare prin fișiere voce folosind codurile QR

Abstract

In the information society, e-services designed for citizens with respect to legal information are provided by online platforms available online, that allow quick access based on authentication, to an impressive collection of legislation, case law and legal doctrine. These can be accessed from the office or courtroom, smartphone, tablet or laptop and quickly identify ,at any time or place, the information needed. QR code is widely used in information management. There are no applications in legal information dissemination for uneducated citizens. This paper presents a model of legal information management and dissemination by voice files using QR codes.
