CREAREA UNUI MEDIU SOCIAL PRIETENOS PRIN PROMOVAREA MIJLOACELOR DE ACCESIBILIZARE DE TIP PLATFORME RIDICATOARE PENTRU CLADIRI SI MIJLOACE DE TRANSPORT

Rezumat: In articol se prezinta unele rezultate remarcabile ale activitatii de cercetare-dezvoltare desfasurate de Institutul de Cercetari pentru Hidraulica si Pneumatica-INOE 2000-IHP din Bucuresti si de partenerii sai, in directia promovarii tehnologiilor avansate din domeniul hidraulic pentru realizarea unor mijloace moderne de accesibilizare a institutiilor publice (primarii, consilii locale, spitale, politie, sali de spectacole, muzee, etc.) si cladirilor private (comerciale, etc.). Aceste mijloace de accesibilizare, de tip platforme ridicatoare, sunt destinate sa contribuie, prin cresterea confortului si sigurantei de deplasare, la crearea unui mediu social prietenos pentru persoanele cu dizabilitati de deplasare. Sunt prezentate 4 tipuri constructive de platforme ridicatoare (3 stationare si 1 mobila), pentru situatii diverse de montare si acces, dar toate bazate pe o actionare electro-hidraulica, care confera conditii de siguranta si confort. Platformele ridicatoare cu actionare hidraulica realizeaza deplasarea pe verticala in urma actionarii unui cilindru hidraulic de la un grup electro-hidraulic, alimentat electric de la o sursa monofazata obisnuita sau, in situatia platformelor mobile, de la instalatia electrica a vehiculului. Pentru cresterea sigurantei in exploatare si a confortului, in concordanta cu cerintele uropene specifice persoanelor cu dizabilitati, se poate adauga un sistem de supraveghere electronic, ce monitorizeaza parametrii de functionare ai platformei.

Abstract: The article shows some remarkable results of research and development in projects conducted by the Research Institute for Hydraulics and Pneumatics INOE 2000-IHP from Bucharest and its partners towards the promotion of advanced hydraulic technology to achieve modern means for accessibility of public institutions (municipalities, local councils, hospitals, police, theaters,museums, etc..) and private buildings (commercial, etc.).. This means of accessibility type elevating platforms are designed to help by increasing comfort and safety of travel, creating a friendly social environment for people with disabilities travel. In article are presented four types of platform lifts for construction (three stationary and one mobile) for installation and access to various situations, but all based on an electro-hydraulic drive, which offers safe and comfortable. Hydraulic lift platforms made for vertical displacement have as main component a hydraulic cylinder supplied with energy from a hydraulic power unit, which has as primary energy source the electrical network or, for mobile platform, the vehicle’s battery. To increase operational safety and comfort, can be added an electronic monitoring system that monitors the operating parameters of the platform during the use.
