Rezumat
Obiectivele educatiei de mediu sunt asemanatoare in toata lumea: imbunatatirea si mentinerea calitatii mediului. Unul
dintre scopurile programelor de educatie ecologica este de a-i ajuta pe elevi sa-si dezvolte capacitatea de a gandi atat critic cat si creativ. Un bun program de educatie ecologica trebuie sa-i faca pe elevi sa se simta cetateni care pot sa se implice in rezolvarea unei probleme ce afecteaza mediul si comunitatea. Educatia de mediu cultiva si un sistem de valori care poate influenta optiunile si deciziile elevilor referitoare la toate aspectele vietii lor, inclusiv problemele de mediu. Este foarte important ca informatiile despre problemele de mediu si solutiile lor sa fie transmise intr-un mod cat mai interesant si accesibil copiilor. In general, potrivit opiniei mai multor specialisti in domeniul educatiei, orele ecologice vor fi cu atat mai eficiente cu cit profesorii ii vor ajuta pe elevi sa-si evalueze aportul lor la rezolvarea unor probleme de mediu.

Abstract
The objectives of environmental education worldwide are alike: the improvement and the maintenance of the
environmental quality. One of the goals of the environmental education programs is helping students to develop the ability to think
both critically and creatively. A good program of environmental education should make students feel as citizens able to engage in
solving a problem that affects the environment and community. Environmental education also cultivates a system of values that can
influence students’ choices and decisions concerning all aspects of their lives, including environmental issues. It is very important
that information about environmental problems and their solutions to be communicated in a manner as interesting and accessible as possible to children. In general, according to the opinion of many specialists in education, environmental classes will be more
effective, so that teachers will help students to assess their contribution to solving environmental problems
