Rezumat: Lucrarea evidentiaza importanta utilizarii calculatorului, a interfetelor si programelor specifice inainte de realizarea practica a unor aplicatii destinate comunicatiilor din banda de frecventa 144+ 146 Mhz. Este prezentata o analiza de teren inainte de construirea unei retele radio ce utilizeaza banda VHF . Aceste demersuri de analiza si simulare sunt foarte importante deoarece reduc considerabil costurile (de timp si financiare) si identifica solutiile optime pentru dezvoltarea retelelor wireless.

Abstract: The paper highlights the importance of computer interfaces and programs before the practical applications of the frequency band for communication 144 + 146 Mhz. It presented an analysis of land before building a network using VHF radio. These steps of analysis and simulation are very important to reduce the costs (time and financial) and identify the best solutions for developing wireless networks.
