POSIBILITATI DE REDUCERE A CONSUMURILOR DE COMBUSTIBIL IN CAZUL INSTALATIILOR TERMICE, PRIN UTILIZAREA RESURSELOR ENERGETICE SECUNDARE

Rezumat: In actuala conjunctura energetica, cand cresterea pretului resurselor energetice clasice anunta o noua criza energetica mondiala, iar poluarea atmosferica devine din ce in ce mai acuta, economia energiei, folosirea ei rationala, devine o directie importanta in care trebuie actionat fara intarziere. In aceast scop o importanta deosebita trebuie acordata aspectelor energetice ale masinilor si instalatiilor termice. Lucrarea de fata studiaza modul in care resursele energetice secundare, disponibile la multe instalatii termice, pot fi folosite pentru a reduce consumurile specifice de caldura si combustibil si in acelasi timp pentru a diminua efectele poluarii ce insotesc functionarea acestor instalatii. Se prezinta exemplul concret al unei instalatii termice de tratament termic.

Abstract: In the present day energetic politics of modernization and renewal of technologies of different industrial sections, a principal place is occupied by the combustion economy and heat recovery. These measures will lead to a decrease of specific consumption of fuel and heat. This means a final reducing of costs of the energy used in industrial processes. This paper presents the improvement of the performances of a thermal installation of oven type, as results of a series the modernizations applied, as well as the way in which the noxes will diminish.
