NOI TEHNOLOGII APLICATE MATERIALELOR DIN FIBRE LIBERIENE UTILIZAND PROCESE CHIMICE SI ENZIMATICE IN ULTRASUNETE

Rezumat: Lucrarea prezinta noi tehnologii aplicate materialelor din fibre liberiene utilizand procese chimice si enzimatice in ultrasunete pentru obtinerea de materiale performante si un impact redus asupra mediului. Experimentarile realizate s-au concretizat in solutii tehnologice de finisare cu impact redus asupra mediului,incadrarea valorilor parametrilor de calitate ai apelor reziduale in limitele prevazute in normativele UE si nationale NTPA 002/2005, reducerea costurilor pentru epurarea apelor reziduale, solutii si metode tehnologice performante de epurare a apelor reziduale aplicabile in societatile comerciale din tara, solutii tehnologice de cotonizare a fibrelor de in, solutii eficiente de valorificare a deseurilor de la prelucrarea fibrelor liberiene

Abstract: This paper presents new technologies applied to bast fiber material using chemical and enzymatic processes in ultrasound for obtaining performant materials with low environmental impact. Experiments conducted have resulted in finishing technologic solutions with low environmental impact, sound values of wastewater quality parameters according to the limits set out in EU and national NTPA 002/2005 regulations, reducing costs for wastewater treatment, solutions and advanced technological methods for wastewater treatment, applicable to companies in the country, technological solutions for flax, efficient waste recovery solutions for the processing of bast fibers.
