IMPACTUL TEHNOLOGIILOR DE PRELUCRARE A DESEURILOR TEXTILE ASUPRA FACTORILOR DE MEDIU, IN CADRUL CONCEPTULUI DE DEZVOLTARE DURABILA

Rezumat: Politica Uniunii Europene in domeniul mediului inconjurator este orientata spre atingerea unei dezvoltari durabile, prin includerea protectiei mediului in politicile sectoriale comunitare. Promovarea „tehnologiilor curate“ in domeniul valorificarii deseurilor textile, experimentate in cadrul acestei lucrari de cercetare, conduce la prevenirea poluarii aerului, apelor reziduale, realizarea unor produse performante cu utilizare in diverse domenii de activitate (industrie, agricultura, constructii, protectia mediului etc.), tehnologii abordate in cadrul unor proiecte de cercetare din cadrul programelor nationale. Realizarea obiectivelor lucrarii de cercetare privind valorificarea deseurilor rezultate din fazele proceselor tehnologice in industria textila cu aplicarea conceptelor de „dezvoltare durabila si de productie curata”, s-a concretizat in: monitorizarea indicatorilor de calitate ai aerului atat in sectiile de productie cat si in exteriorul societatilor comerciale; aplicarea tehnologiilor de prelucrare a deseurilor provenite de la filare, tesere,tricotare pe utilaje si instalatii moderne cu impact redus asupra reducerii poluarii aerului; monitorizarea indicatorilor de calitate ai apelor reziduale rezultate de la finisarea produselor realizate din deseuri textile; propuneri pentru dotarea societatilor comerciale cu linii tehnologice moderne in domeniul prelucrarii deseurilor textile, finisarii materialelor textile rezultate; propuneri pentru dotarea societatilor comerciale cu instalatii de conditionare performante care sa asigure conditii de clima in sectiile de productie conform standardelor internationale; propuneri pentru dotarea societatilor comerciale cu instalatii de depoluare a aerului si a apelor reziduale.

Abstract: EU policy in the field of environment, as reflected in the European Community Treaty, is aimed at achieving sustainable development by including environmental protection in EU sectoral policies. Promotion of "clean technologies" in textile waste recovery, tested in this research, lead to prevention of air pollution, wastewater,achieving performance products to use in various fields (industry, agriculture, construction and environmental protection), technologies addressed in the research projects of national programs. Objectives of research work on waste recovery phase of technological processes in the textile industry by applying the concepts of "sustainable development and cleaner production" resulted in: monitoring air quality indicators in both production facilities and outside companies , application of waste processing technologies from spinning, weaving, knitting on machines and modern facilities with little impact on reducing air pollution, monitoring quality indicators of waste water resulting from finishing products made from textile waste, proposals to equip companies modern technological lines in the processing textile waste, textile finishing results, proposals to equip companies with advanced power conditioners to ensure weather conditions in production facilities according to international standards, proposals to equip companies with facility air pollution and wastewater.
