CERCETARI PRIVIND CARACTERIZAREA OTELURILOR SILICIOASE CU GRAUNTI ORIENTATI UTILIZATE IN ELECTROTEHNICA

Rezumat: Lucrarea prezinta rezultatele cercetarilor de laborator privind textura cristalografica a otelurilor cu 3% Si, iar apoi influenta ei asupra nivelului pierderilor magnetice in garficul final. Avand in vedere faptul ca proprietatile magnetice ale otelurilor silicioase depind de textura cristalografica, si anume de (110)[100] – textura Goss – au fost urmarite dezvoltarea acestei texturi pe intregul flux tehnologic (laminare la cald, laminare la rece, recristalizare prin recoacere primara si secundara), precum si corelatia cu valorile pierderilor magnetice in graficul final. Aceste experimente au fost facute, de asemenea, luand in considerare influenta particulelor fazei secundare care actioneaza in calitate de „inhibitori“ in otelurile silicioase.

Abstract: The paper presents the results of the laboratory researches on the crystallographic texture in 3% Si steels and then influence on the level of magnetic losses in the final sheet. Having in mind that the magnetic properties of the silicon steels depend on the crystallographic texture, namely the (110)[100] – the Goss texture – the development of this texture on the whole technological flow (hot rolling, cold rolling, primary and secondary recristallization annealing) and the correlation with the values of the magnetic losses in the final sheet have been pursued. These experiments have been made also taking into account the influence of the secondary phase particles acting as „inhibitors” in the silicon steels.
