ANALIZA STATICA A TENSIUNILOR SI DEFORMATIILOR INTR-O ADAPATOARE UTILIZATA IN ZOOTEHNIE

Rezumat: Unele statistici si studii indica faptul ca anumite adapatori utilizate in zootehnie prezinta minusuri in ceea ce priveste rezistenta si durata lor in exploatare, influentand negativ productivitatea si costurile totale de intretinere. Lucrarea prezinta o analiza numerica statica, folosind software-ul ANSYS, a tensiunilor si deformatiilor ce apar intr-un tip de adapatoare automata folosita in zootehnie. S-a ales folosirea metodei elementelor finite ca metoda numerica de studiu datorita formei complicate a piesei, care nu permite obtinerea unor rezultate precise folosind calcule analitice

Abstract: Some statistics and studies indicate that some animal drinkers used in animal breeding presents minuses in terms of resistance and duration of their exploitation, particularly by negative productivity and total costs of maintenance. The numerical analysis of static poses, using software ANSYS, strains and stresses that appear in a type of automatic drinker used in cattle breeding. It was chosen as the use of finite element method numerical method study due to the complicated shape, which does not allow obtaining accurate results using analytical calculations
