STUDII PRIVIND IMBUNATATIREA FUNCTIONARII SI CARACTERISTICILOR ANSAMBLULUI ARC CU AMORTIZOR AL SUSPENSIEI VEHICULELOR FEROVIARE

Rezumat: Lucrarea prezinta unele aspecte referitoare la suspensia vehiculelor feroviare si posibilitati de imbunatatire a acesteia. In urma studiului vibratiilor din cadrul suspensiei, autorii prezinta un ansamblu, arc elicoidal+amortizor de o conceptie noua. Noul tip de amortizor functioneaza cu un nou tip de lichid, un material magnetoreologic (MR) care face parte din familia materialelor cu memoria formei (MMF). Amortizorul intra in actiune, atunci cand apar forte perturbatoare in timpul deplasarii vehiculului pe calea de rulare.

Abstract: This paper presents some aspects of railway vehicles and suspension possibilities for its improvement. As a result of the study the vibration of the suspension Assembly, the authors present a helical spring + damper conceptually new. The new type of silencer works with a new type of liquid, a fabric magnetorheological (MR) which belongs to the family of the shape memory - form (MMF). Silencer comes into action, disturbing forces when they appear during the cruise control on the way.
