POMPA CENTRIFUGALA CU PISTON, O SOLUTIE ECONOMICA PENTRU ACTIONAREA DISPOZITIVELOR DE PRINDERE HIDROSTATICE

Rezumat: In contextul minimizarii consumului de energie, lucrarea pledeaza pentru utilizarea pompelor centrifugale cu piston, integrate dispozitivelor de prindere hidrostatice instalate pe strunguri. Dupa o analiza a avantajelor si dezavantajelor actionarii dispozitivelor de prindere rotitoare prin intermediul unitatilor de putere hidrostatice, se determina domeniul de utilizare a pompelor propuse si se detaliaza o noua familie de dornuri autocentrante cu bucse cu pereti subtiri.

Abstract: In the context of minimizing energy consumption, this paper argues for using the centrifugal pumps with pistons, specifically designed for hydraulic turning fixtures. After analysing the advantages and disavantages of electric power units for actuating the rotary workholdings, the centrifugal pumps utility is shown, and a hydraulic expanding sleeve mandrels family is detailed.
