REDUCEREA POLUARII CU NOx LA CET SUD TIMISOARA, PRIN APLICAREA MASURILOR SECUNDARE DE DENOXARE A GAZELOR DE ARDERE

Rezumat: In aceasta lucrare vom prezenta necesitatea implementarii unei astfel de instalatii de denoxare la CET Sud Timisoara. Modul de denoxare ales este SNCR (Selective NonCatalytic Reduction) reducere necatalictica selectiva. Vom prezenta cateva argumente ce au dus la alegerea acestei solutii in detrimentul SCR (Selective Catalyctic Reduction). De-asemenea vom face o scurta descriere a componentei unei astfel de instalatii cat si modul de functionare. Intr-o astfel de instalatie este foarte importanta stabilirea zonei de injectie a agentului reducator, domeniul optim de temperatura al acestei zone este cuprins intre 870°C si 1080°C. Peste acest interval amoniacul este oxidat si in acest fel se produce mai mult oxid de azot, iar sub, rata de conversie este prea scazuta si se elimina amoniac in atmosfera. Astfel un generator de abur echipat cu SNCR trebuie sa aiba mai multe zone de injectie, indiferent de incarcare, reactia sa aiba loc.

Abstract: In this paper there will be presented the necessity of implementing the flue gas cleaning facility inside CET SUD Timi?oara. The chosen cleaning technology in SNCR (Selective NonCatalytic Reduction). There will be presented some arguments which led to chosing this solution instead of the SCR solution (Selective Catalyctic Reduction). Also there will be presented in short the components of this type of installation and the working principle. In this type of installation it is very important to determine the reduction agent injection area, the optimum field of temperature of this area being between 870°C and 1080°C. Over this range, the ammonia is oxidized and in this way more nitrogen oxide is produced, while under this range the conversion rate is too low and ammonia is sent into the atmosphere. In this way a steam generator which is equipped with the SNCR system has to have more injection areas, independent of the load for the reaction to take place
