ANALIZA MODULUI PREVENTIV DE TRATARE A DEFICIEN?ELOR SUBSISTEMELOR DE MANAGEMENT

Rezumat: Lucrarea isi propune sa analizeze, printr-un caz ipotetic, o situatie ce poate sa apara intr-o societate de mentenanta, legata de o serie de constatari cu referire la aplicarea planului de management integrat. Pornind de la problemele aparute, se doreste ca prin chestionarea lucratorilor in legatura cu anumite aspecte de organizare, sanatate si securitate in munca, calitate si, nu in ultimul rand, de programare lucrari, sa detectam unde sunt problemele, ca apoi sa stabilim o serie de masuri pentru imbunatatirea activitatii si eliminarea unor posibile incidente.

Abstract: The paper aims to analyze, in a hypothetical case, a situation that can occur in a maintenance company, linked to a number of findings with respect to application of the integrate management plan. Based on the appeared issues, it is desirable that by inquiring the workers about certain aspects of the organization, health and work safety, quality and, not least, the works schedule to detect where the problem are, and then to establish a series of measures for improvement and elimination of possible incidents
