UTILIZAREA ACTUALIZARII IN PROIECTELE DE DIMENSIONARE A CENTRALELOR DE COGENERARE CU CICLU MIXT TG/TA DE MICA SI MEDIE PUTERE

Rezumat: In acest articol este prezentata influenta pe care o poate avea rata de actualizare utilizata in calculele de dimensionare optima a centralelor de cogenerare cu ciclu mixt TG/TA de mica si medie putere, in conditiile actuale din Romania, asupra coeficientului nominal optim de cogenerare si asupra eficientei economice ale acestora. S-au prezentat comparatii intre efectele modificarii ratei de actualizare asupra celor doua marimi urmarite, in conditiile in care valorile principalilor parametrii utilizati in calculele de dimensionare ale acestor centrale de cogenerare au fost fie cele stabilite de ANRE fie modificate simultan fata de cele stabilite de ANRE.

Abstract: This paper presents the influence that it can have the discount rate used in the optimal sizing calculation of the gas and steam turbines combined cycle cogeneration plants for small and medium power, in the current conditions in Romania, over the optimal cogeneration nominal coefficient and over the economic efficiency of these cogeneration plants. There were presented comparisons between the effects of the discount rate variation over the two sizes pursued, under the condition in which the values of the main parameters used in the sizing calculations of these cogeneration plants were either established by ANRE, either simultaneously modified compared to those established by ANRE.
