EDUCAŢIA – COMPONENTĂ ESENTIALĂ ÎN ATINGEREA OBIECTIVELOR 2050 ENERGY STRATEGY

Rezumat: La nivelul Uniunii Europene, clădirile sunt responsabile pentru 40% din consumul de energie și 36% din emisiile de CO2. În privinţa consumului de combustibil, studiile în domeniu evidentiaza faptul ca în azul clădirilor noi, consumul de combustibil pentru incalizire este echivalentul a 3-5 l petrol/mp, în timp ce clădirile vechi pot ajunge și la un consum echivalent de 25 - 60 l petrol/mp. Conform acelorași studii, clădirile existente la ora actuală sunt responsabile pentru 40% din consumul total de energie și 36%din emisiile de gaze cu efect de sera. Unul dintre obiectivele Uniunii Europene în privinţa dezvoltării durabile și al 2050 Energy strategy constă în reducerea emisiei de gaze cu efect de sera pana în anul 2050 la un nivel cu 80-95% mai mic fată de nivelul din anii 1990. Scopul prezentei lucrari este acela de a oferi o imagine de ansamblu în ceea ce privește modul în care România implementează politicile și strategiile Uniunii Europene privind dezvoltarea durabilă atingerea obiectivelor 2050 Energy strategy și a rolului educatiei în atingerea acestor obiective

Abstract: According to some studies in the field, buildings are responsible for 40% of energy consumption and 36% of CO2 emissions in the EU. While new buildings generally need less than three to five litres of heating oil per square meter per year, older buildings consume about 25 litres on average. Some buildings even require up to 60 litres. One of the EU goals on sustainable development and related to Energy 2050 strategy is to reduce the emission of greenhouse gases by 2050 to a level 80-95% lower than the level of the 1990s. The aim of this paper is to to provide an overview regarding how Romania is implementing the EU policies and strategies on sustainable development and the Energy 2050 strategy objectives and the role of education in achieving these objectives
