ASUPRA DEPENDENŢEI DINTRE VITEZĂ ŞI DENSITATE ÎN TRAFICUL RUTIER

Rezumat: Capacitatea drumului este elementul determinant în asigurarea deplasării integrale a bunurilor şi persoanelor într-un anumit interval de timp cu respectarea condiţiilor de siguranţă şi securitate. Se cunoaşte că debitul este determinat de alte două mărimi fundamentale în teoria traficului rutier: viteza şi densitatea. De-a lungul timpului, în multe studii de specialitate a fost analizată dependenţa dintre cele două mărimi şi evidenţiată influenţa acestora asupra debitului. Lucrarea de faţă, face o analiză comparativă a relaţiilor existente între viteza şi densitatea traficului şi propune noi modele ale dependentei dintre viteză şi densitate care să redea cât mai fidel datele de circulaţie înregistrate statistic.

Abstract: The road capacity is the main element in ensuring the movement of goods and people in a certain time and under certain conditions of safety and security. It is known that the road capacity is determined by two base units in traffic flow theory: the speed and density. Over time, the dependence between the two highlighted units and their influence on the road capacity was analyzed in many studies. This paper makes a comparative analysis of the existing relationship between speed and traffic density and proposes new models of dependence between speed and traffic density that best reflect the traffic data recorded statistically.
