ECO-PROIECTAREA PROCESELOR ÎN INGINERIA MATERIALELOR

Rezumat: Lucrarea prezintă în sinteză elementele de bază în ecoproiectarea proceselor tehnologice specifice ingineriei materialelor şi soluţii de prevenire a poluării prin ecoproiectarea proceselor tehnologice. Sunt prezentate soluţii alternative la tehnologiile cu grad ridicat de poluare şi modalităţile prin care ecotehnologiile răspund dezideratelor majore ale dezvoltării durabile în industrie precum:diminuarea cantităţii de materiale folosite prin reciclarea acestora, minimizarea sau eliminarea deșeurilor din procesele industriale, înlocuirea materialelor toxice și a celor greu reciclabile cu materiale biodegradabile

Cuvinte cheie: ecomaterial, ecoproces, ecoproiectare, tehnologie de proces „curată”, dezvoltare durabilă.

Abstract: This paper summarizes the basic elements in the Ecodesign processes specific to engineering materialsprocesses and solutions to prevent pollution by Ecodesign processes.They are presented alternatives to technologies with high pollution and the ways in which environmental technologies meet major goals of sustainable development in the industry such as: reducing the amount of materials used by recycling, minimization or disposal of waste from industrial processes, substitution of the toxic and hard recyclable material with biodegradablematerials.
